A fine and dry day for George and Bens wedding at Sweeney Hall Hotel, one of the hotels we are recommended suppliers at in the area. The days coverage began with the bridal prepations at Georgie’s Mums home with some excited girls getting ready for the day ahead. Georgie had a surprise in store for Ben – not one that he would choose himself – a pink limo to take the groom and groomsmen to Sweeney Hall. He took it in the good spirit it was intended and even had some shots with the car, before having some with his preferred mode of transport – his motorbike. As the guests arrived time for some natural shots, before the bride arrived in her range rover. The ceremony went like a dream and the photographs really show the essence of the ceremony. Some more natural shots outside the hotel before I whisked the couple off for some romantic poses around the stunning gardens for around 30 minutes – a must for every wedding album – while their guests enjoyed a drink or two. Back with the guests for the all important family and friends group shots and of course the full group, which is taken as an elevated shot to ensure we can see all of the guests.
Time for the wedding breakfast and the speeches which had everyone entertained. The evening reception involved a band outside of which the Grooms Dad was a member. Plenty of time to capture the guests relaxing both inside and outside the hotel before that all important cutting of the cake and the first dance.
Perfect photographs of a perfect day!
I am currently designing Georgie and Ben’s wedding album for them from their selected images from over 300 they had from their wedding day.
Here are a select few from the day …
