Llyndir hall Wedding photographer – Catching up on all the blogs from the end of 2015 today. Jemma and Anthony held their wedding in the beautiful Llyndir Hall Hotel. The weather was not the best with rain throughout the day. The couple had a “Twilight” theme for their room and it was stunning. Such a fantastic couple and it was a pleasure to capture all their wedding day memories for them and their family. It was a great day and we got some fun shots with the family trucks which were parked up at the hotel. Some evening shots outside gave for the romantic end to a perfect day. We even managed to get their album back to them before Christmas – within 3 weeks in fact!
It has been a busy couple of months so catching up with blogs from September’s weddings. Bethan and Stuart chose the lovely Holt Lodge as the venue for their wedding day. The day began with some shots of the girls preparing for the day ahead before meeting the groom and his groomsmen in the gardens for some pre-ceremony shots. A few natural shots of the guests arriving before heading back to the bridal suite to capture the bride, bridesmaids and brides son, who was to accompany her down the aisle, just as they were about to leave for the ceremony. The ceremony was perfect, and after signing the register and a celebratory drink, I whisked the couple off for some shots around the gardens while their guests enjoyed the hotel’s hospitality. Meeting back up with their guests for the all important family and group shots the couple requested for their wedding album, before finishing with a group shot and of course a confetti shot.
A visit to the bridal suite to capture a few romantic poses with the couple before I took a break whilst the couple enjoyed their wedding breakfast.
Later that day we took advantage of the weather and dusky eveing for some fantastic night shots in the gardens before heading back indoors to take some relaxed shots of the guests attending the evening reception. The speeches were held just before the first dance in the eveing, with the days coverage ending with the couple taking to the floor for their first dance as husband and wife. A perfect day for a perfect couple who were absolutely delighted with their album which was collected yesterday evening. The couple had almost 300 fully edited images to choose from for their album.
Another visit to Llyndir Hall for the wedding of Rebecca and Steven. Another beautiful day with an outdoor ceremony to celebrate their wedding day. Bridal preps at the hotel made for some beautiful shots of the girls preparing for the day ahead. Then down to meet the groom and the groomsmen for some pre-wedding shots around the gardens.
Back to the bridal suite to capture Rebecca as she left for her outdoor ceremony. The lighting was perfect for the ceremony coverage and we captured some fantastic shots of the exchanging vows and rings.
The gardens in Llyndir are a must for some romantic shots of the newly weds, just 20 minutes around the gardens ensure we have got those all important poses. We also used the stunning bridal suite for some mirror shots before meeting back up with the couples family and friends for the confetti shot and some traditional family and group shots finishing off with a full group shot perfectly in time for the wedding breakfast.
The entertaining speeches always include some emotional shots and this wedding was no different – tears; smiles and of course laughter.
After a short break it was time for the eveing receptions and capturing the couple and their guests naturally around the hotel and gardens before it was time for the first dance. We ended the days coverage with a couple of night shots in the gardens. Over 300 editied images for the couple to choose their album images from, here are a small selection from their day …..
